The biggest challenge we had in initial time was Human Resources,as it’s service industry and that also in physical mode. We need dedicated teaching/non teaching staff and which is the challenge even today many coaching centers are facing too. they we strongly believed that to create such strong force it won’t be possible if we both of us teach everything and keep maximum income with us. So we decided to share the earnings with all the team. If the people in our team grows with us then they are the ones who believes in us the most & the team expansion will be faster & exponentially it will help them grow even. While we are giving the interview, the entire system is working smoothly without our presence because of the system they have created. Almost all employees have the experience of more than 20 years & 75% of employees are a part of Arihant from more than 20 years.
